Once, it was said that behind the mountain, a beast lived there alone, waiting for a prey every single day from the village nearby. The villagers became scared and then, they never went near the mountain ever again. Years had passed. The Beast hunger for human's flesh and blood then became unstoppable. So, in order to get near to his prey, he transformed himself and became a human. But, because he hasn’t eaten for so long, his body was so weak and he could not move out from his place. Until one day, he heard a scream.
It was a human girl. She hurt herself while hunting a wild rabbit near the mountain. The Beast wanted to take this chance to attack the human girl. Though, the instant that girl turned her face towards him, he stopped.
Such a beauty he never saw before. Then, instead of attacking her, he help her to recover the pain at his place. He even hunted some animals and collected fruits for her to eat. After a while, that girl became healthy again and went back to the village. Days later, the beast regretted his action because his body became even worst after that, and the girl that he once helped, never shown up again since the day they met.

Because of that, the Beast took the initiative to come down from the mountain, and went to that girl’s village. Later he realised that because of so many times he watched her from afar, he became fond of her.
Then one day, the beast shocked. He saw the girl walking on the way to the mountain. His heart full of joy, but he felt strange for having a feeling like that. Later on, he realized that the girl wasn't alone. There was a man behind her. Suddenly, he felt so jealous. Without realization, he transformed himself back to the beast form, attacked the man, and killed him.
Few days later, that girl walked to the mountain again. She went there to meet him. Her face looked so terribly sad. Then she cried in the arms of the beast, saying that her dear brother had been killed by some mysterious monsters that suddenly ambushed them from behind. She loved her brother so much that she really wished to have a revenge for her brother. How she hate the killer.
The beast felt uneasy. Then he asked her, do you really wished to kill the monsters? "yes." Are you here because you want me to help you to kill the monsters? She stop for a while and then replied, “yes." And you didn’t really know who am I very well and yet you asked for my help? She smiled and said "yes." After I help you out, are you going to leave again? "yes." The beast can't stand anymore. Then, if I tell you that I am the beast, I am the ‘monsters’, and I was the one who killed your brother, what would you do? Silent...

Then the girl took the blade that she she brought along with her. There she acted so violently. She chopped the beast with the blade, several times until lots and lots of Beast's blood on the floor. She did not stop there, dissatisfied, she pulled both of the Beast's eyes out. The Beast screamed, but he did not pushed her away. Why? I killed your brother because I mistook him for being your lover. I never felt this way before. Such a feeling, uneasy, yet very warm and I feel like living. And you are the one who makes me feel like that. The girl ignored him. Why?You keep pushing me away, though I was the one that save you and love you. Why can't my feeling reach yours? Lots of blood already on the floor, but that girl didn't stop. She just continued chopping on him, again and again.
Say, if you never know that I am the beast, will you love me? The girl stared at him, smiling heartlessly... Then he realized, the beauty he once admired day and night, had such cold eyes. "Are you kidding? Why would I fall in love with the ugliest creature in the world?" There she look so evil, and more like a monster than the beast himself.
"Don't you know I really hate you? Such an ugly creature shouldn't exist on this world. You just hurting my eyes. Even if it isn't for my dear brother, I still want to kill you... Why? Because you don't deserve to even stand beside me. It would be a shame if someone knew that I once was saved by a Beast. Therefore, you better off dead."

Really? What a pity, because I do really love you. Again, he transformed himself to the beast form. Somehow, He gained much energy than the last few years. He pushed the girl down, bite her, and eat her up. Then he killed himself right on the spot.
But somehow, on his face, the holes his eyes once replace, he seems like crying. It just that it was not the normal tears, it was blood.
"It's not like I hate you or what. I'm just afraid that you'll hate me. I can’t afford of losing you. Because of that, I have to make us as one. You'll never leave me, and I'll never be aside from you ever and never again. Such a beauty I've never imagine, a scene I can't bear, and a sin that I already committed"
